General Terms and Conditions of Use and Service

1. Scope of Services
Cozasil provides civil construction services, interior and exterior renovation, building rehabilitation, and specialized technical services (painting, insulation, electricity, etc.). We operate primarily in the Algarve region.
2. Quotes and Proposals
All quotes provided through the site are initial estimates and do not constitute a final contract. Awarding a project requires signing a detailed service contract and on-site technical validation. Quotes are valid for a standard period of 30 days, subject to raw material price fluctuations.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logo, completed project photographs, and design) is the exclusive property of Cozasil Construções Unipessoal Lda. Any reproduction, copying, or use by third parties without our express written authorization is prohibited.
4. User Responsibility
The user commits to providing truthful and up-to-date information in contact forms. Cozasil reserves the right not to respond to requests with manifestly false or incomplete information.
5. Work Guarantee
All our interventions are covered by the legal guarantee in force for civil construction in Portugal. Specific details about guarantees for applied materials will be provided upon project award.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cozasil is not liable for any property damage resulting from force majeure, previously undetected geological instability, or misuse by the client after project handover.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Consumer Conflicts (ALGARVE - Information, Mediation and Arbitration Center for Consumer Conflicts of the Algarve). The competent court for any legal action is the Portimão district.
8. Updates
Cozasil reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the site.
